Pre-screening for Symptoms

We take the temperatures of every guest and retreat team member before they can enter the building.

We require each guest and team member to fill out a consent and liability waiver stating they are not experiencing symptoms of illness.

  • Wear a mask

  • Bring your own water bottle

  • Check-in from your vehicle

  • Answer our pre-screening questions before entry

Appointments are staggered so that foot traffic is reduced and team members have time to properly clean and sanitize between guests. Hand sanitizer is available in every room, and each massage table is sanitized with extra fabric layers of protection which are changed between guests.

During Your Visit

  • Guests and staff wash and sanitize their hands

  • Each room is sanitized between appointments

Guests are escorted to a completely clean treatment room, as we always sanitize between appointments. During each massage, our trained therapists wear PPE and never turn face-to-face with the guest. During facials, estheticians are required to wear face shields while directly facing guests.
